Arrowzoom™ PRO Series Flat Wedge Tiles Series are upgraded versions of our standard Acoustic Panels with 30% more sound absorption. Flat Wedge style is designed to eliminate excess reflections and flutter echoes with a high NRC rating. It improves vocal clarity in recording studios.
- Suitable for smaller rooms or studios
- The advantage is that there is only a single direction along which the sound will be less absorbed.
- Just position the wedges approximately propagation of the impinging sound and you will get the maximum absorption effect.

Technical Data Sheet
STC (Sound Transmission Class), is a numerical rating of how effective a material is at blocking the transmission of sound through itself. This rating generally applies to hard materials like rubberized sound barriers, concrete, brick and drywall but also applies to a much lesser degree to softer materials like mineral fiber (although it isn’t tested by itself; it’s tested as part of a wall system to verify its effectiveness).
How To Install Acoustic Panel Step by Step
Follow the guidelines below to install acoustic panels to your walls step by step.
Step 1: Restore Vacuumed Acoustical Treatment Foam
Follow the instruction in this video to extract the acoustic foam
Step 2: Locate the Acoustic Foam For Outline
Lay the Studio Foam out for your specific application. Keep in mind that you want the foam evenly distributed throughout the room.
Step 3: Mark & Resize the Acoustic Foam To Best Fit
Measure any areas that need to be field cut on the foam and make the appropriate cuts (examples would be around beams, doorways, or if a short piece is needed). After all the pieces have been field cut, put the material back in the appropriate position on the wall or ceiling and lightly mark the bottom and side of where each piece will be lightly with a pencil to ensure straight application.
Step 4: Apply Arrowzoom Tape or Glue the Acoustic Foam with Adhesive Spray
There are two ways to put the acoustic foams on the designated wall.
Method 1: Use Arrowzoom Sticky Double Sided Tape . Each foam should use 4 tapes. One for each corner. Once you peel off the sticker, the Acoustic foam should easily stick to the surface of your choice.
Method 2: Glue each piece individually with PL Polyurethane Construction Adhesive. Create a perimeter around the outside of the material staying 1 1/2" away from the edge. Create an X pattern across the center of the material.

Step 5: Hang the Acoustic Foam With The Marked Line
Line the material up with the lines you marked in Step 3 and press firmly against the material compressing the foam. Repeat step for remaining pieces of foam.

I'm quite impressed by the quality. Definitely wash tem, wring them out, and let them dry. This wil defenitely speed up the process when you take them out od the package.

Didn't expect much of the product, but dude, these are awesome! It came vacuum sealed but just soak it in water and it'll go back to it's original shape. Looks really cool in my room too! I will definitely get more.

This is a good one and works wonders to my home studio. Just give time to let it breathe and get its form back since its vacuum-packed. There's instructions of putting it in warm water but I didn't have to do that. All good.

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly fairly:
For returns, please send us an email at service@arrowzoom.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong design/size/undelivered address, etc.). Therefore, please be 100% sure about what you want to buy before placing your order and address is correct!
For orders not yet shipped or shipped but cancelled, there will be a small 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production and this requires disposal of the merchandise.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If you would like to treat it as a return (applicable only for wrong item sent or product quality issues), we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
Returns issues must be raised within 2 weeks from the parcel has been sent out with valid reasons (ie reasons due to no longer needed are not accepted as valid reasons for return items)
