- Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled (shipped or not) incur a 15% fee due to production costs.
Returned Parcels:
- Reshipping requires you to pay the shipping fee.
- For wrong items or quality issues, we refund the product value minus a 50% restocking fee.

Arrowzoom sent me their Diffuse PRO Square Felt Wooden Panels and honestly I am really impressed. Right out of the box there was no awful chemical smell and if you have ever bought acoustic treatment before you know how rare that is. Installation was ridiculously easy just peel stick and press and they actually look good which is a huge bonus since most soundproofing is not exactly pretty. Whether you are a musician voice actor gamer or just want a quieter space these are a great option.
